Peer Review Process

When we accept a manuscript, we will ensure that your article meets the journal’s guidelines. If there are any doubts, the editor will consult with other members of the Editorial Board. The manuscript will then be assigned to an Assistant Editor and sent to two external experts for peer review. The Assistant Editor decides on the editorial disposition of the reviewed manuscript. However, the final decision regarding acceptance rests with the Editor-in-Chief. Reviewers are advised of the authors’ names to avoid potential conflicts of interest when accepting review invitations. Authors and reviewers must not have any direct contact with one another to discuss the manuscript or the review. Once your article is accepted, you must sign a publication agreement.
